Proxa Child Safety Standards

Proxa is for adults only. It is rated 18+ in both app stores, and everyone confirms they are 18 or older before using it.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Proxa does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. That includes:
- •grooming, sexualizing, or soliciting a minor
- •sharing, asking for, or linking to CSAM
- •using Proxa to arrange to meet a minor
How to report
- •In the app: open the person's card or chat and tap Report. This blocks them and opens an email to us with the details we need.
- •By email: info@yeix.io.
We review reports within 24 hours.
What we do
- •We ban the reported device from Proxa using our signed ban list. A banned phone can't go Live, and every other phone hides it.
- •We report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement, as the law requires.
- •We work with law enforcement on valid requests. Proxa stores no messages or profiles on servers, so what we can provide is limited to what is in the report.
- •If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Compliance
YEIXIO LLC ("Yeix") complies with the child safety laws that apply to Proxa, including reporting obligations for CSAM.
