Small jobs are priced up front after a quick call, so there are no surprises. Ongoing care for your website starts at $99 a month. If something isn't a fit for us, we'll say so and point you to someone who does it.

- Do you come on site in Juneau?
- Yes. We meet in person in town by arrangement, and most work is done by phone, video, or remote access.
- We only need one thing fixed. Is that too small?
- No. A single email setup, a new login, or a change to your website can be the whole job.
- Can you take over from our last IT person?
- Yes. We'll find out what's set up where, write it down, and make sure you own your accounts and domain.
- How fast do you respond?
- Within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Alaska time, and usually sooner.
