Business email · Juneau, Alaska

Email that matches your business, set up properly.

Customers trust name@yourbusiness.com more than a personal Gmail, and so do spam filters. We set up email at your own domain, move what you have, and make sure it reaches inboxes.

What we do

What we set up

Email at your domain

An address for everyone at your business's own domain, on a business email service such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If you already pay for one, we use it.

Shared inboxes

info@, bookings@, or orders@ that more than one person can open, so nothing waits on whoever's away.

Reaching inboxes, not spam

The domain records that tell other email services your mail is genuine, so your quotes and invoices arrive where they should.

People joining and leaving

New hires get their address and logins on day one. When someone leaves, their access comes off and their mail goes where you need it.

Price

A one-time setup, quoted up front

Setup is quoted after a free 15-minute call, based on how many people and how much existing mail there is to move. The email service itself is billed by its provider; we'll tell you what that costs before you choose.

How it works

Three steps, and you always know what's next

  1. 01

    A 15-minute call

You describe the business and the problem. We say whether we're a fit and what a sensible next step is.

  2. 02

A plan and a price, in writing

What we'll do, what it costs, and when. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. 03

    Done, and looked after

We do the work, show you how it works, and stay the people you call.

Questions

What people ask first

Can we keep our existing emails?
Yes. We move existing mail, contacts, and calendars where the services allow it, and tell you up front about anything that can't come across.
Do we need a website to have business email?
You need a domain name, like yourbusiness.com. If you don't have one yet, we'll register it in your name.
Our emails go to customers' spam folders. Can you fix that?
Usually. It's often missing or wrong domain records, which we can check and correct.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. The domain and the email service are in your business's name, and we make sure you have the admin login.
